WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILTY
The Centre has accessibility ramps to both buildings. Disabled toilet facilities are also available in both buildings
HEARING LOOP SYSTEM
The Centre has hearing loop systems in its main rooms. There is also a portable loop system that can be set up in any of the smaller meeting rooms.
BABY CHANGING FACILITIES
Both the main building and the annexe have baby changing facilities which include a pull down changing table.
CAR PARKING FACILITIES
Limited free parking is available at the Centre for users.

To enquire about booking the Centre please contact the office located in the Annexe Building between 9-1pm Monday to Friday.
Merton Hall - 200 chairs theatre style / dancing. 150 seated at tables.
Balcony Area - capacity 20 people (no disabled access to first floor)
Small Rooms - 1-2-1 meeting rooms (maximum 4-5 people)
Annexe Room 1- capacity 50 people
Annexe Room 2 - capacity 50 people

- Tables and chairs can be supplied at no extra cost.
- Kitchen,stage and bar hire must be for the full length of your hire.
Payment method is by cheque however if less than 10 working days before the booking only payment method accepted is postal order, bank transfer or bankers draft.
